  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1โ€“2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an Order Confirmation SMS/Email.

  • After the order is packed and handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a dispatch update with your tracking details.

โš ๏ธ Note: During festive seasons, sales events, or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer due to high order volumes. We appreciate your patience.


๐Ÿš€ 2. Estimated Delivery Time

We aim to deliver your order within 3โ€“7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location:

  • ๐Ÿ™ Metro Cities: 3โ€“4 working days

  • ๐Ÿ˜ Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4โ€“7 working days

  • ๐ŸŒ„ Remote or Rural Areas: 7โ€“10 working days

All deliveries are made through trusted and reliable courier partners to ensure safe & secure shipping.

  • Currently, we deliver to most pin codes across India.

  • If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you for alternative arrangements or issue a full refund.

  • We do not offer international shipping at the moment.

  • โœ… FREE SHIPPING is available on all orders โ€” no minimum order value required.

  • There are no hidden fees or handling charges.


๐Ÿ’ต 5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience:

  • COD is available for most pin codes across India.

  • Please ensure that the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery.

  • Refusing a COD order without valid reason may affect your eligibility for future COD orders.

โš ๏ธ Repeated COD rejections may lead to a temporary suspension of COD facility for that customer account.

Once your order is dispatched:

  • You will receive a Tracking ID and a link via SMS or email.

  • You can track your shipment in real-time through our courier partnerโ€™s website.

  • If tracking updates are delayed, please allow 24โ€“48 hours for the system to refresh.

  • If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will usually make 2โ€“3 reattempts.

  • If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the parcel will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

  • Please ensure your shipping address, mobile number, and pincode are accurate while placing the order.

Delivery delays may occur in case of:

  • Public holidays, natural calamities, strikes, or local lockdowns.

  • Unexpected courier delays beyond our control.
