Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an Order Confirmation SMS/Email.

After the order is packed and handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a dispatch update with your tracking details.
โ ๏ธ Note: During festive seasons, sales events, or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer due to high order volumes. We appreciate your patience.

We aim to deliver your order within 3โ7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location:

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience:

COD is available for most pin codes across India.

Please ensure that the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery.

Refusing a COD order without valid reason may affect your eligibility for future COD orders.
โ ๏ธ Repeated COD rejections may lead to a temporary suspension of COD facility for that customer account.

Once your order is dispatched:

You will receive a Tracking ID and a link via SMS or email.

You can track your shipment in real-time through our courier partnerโs website.

If tracking updates are delayed, please allow 24โ48 hours for the system to refresh.

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will usually make 2โ3 reattempts.

If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the parcel will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
